Water and Sewer Consumer Confidence Reports

What Is a Consumer Confidence Report?

A Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), also known as an Annual Drinking Water Quality Report, provides information about the quality of drinking water supplied by a public water system. These reports help residents understand where their drinking water comes from, what water quality testing has found, and how the results compare with applicable drinking water standards.

What Information Is Included in the Report?

Consumer Confidence Reports may include information about:

  • Water sources: Where the drinking water comes from.
  • Water quality testing: Contaminants monitored or detected during the reporting period.
  • Drinking water standards: How test results compare with established regulatory limits.
  • Health information: Explanations of potential health effects when applicable.
  • Water system compliance: Information about any reported violations and corrective actions, when applicable.

Residents are encouraged to review the report for the year they are interested in, as testing results and other information may vary from year to year.
