The Town of Stedman provides forms and documents to help residents, property owners, utility customers, and community members access Town services. Browse the categories below to find the form you need.

Golf Cart Inspection

Golf Cart Ordinance and Inspection Application

Residents who wish to register a golf cart for operation on Town streets should review the Town’s golf cart ordinance and inspection requirements. The application provides information needed for the Town’s golf cart inspection and permitting process.

Utility Billing Forms

The following forms are available for utility customers who need to manage their water and sewer accounts.

Water and Sewer Application

Use this application to establish water and sewer service with the Town of Stedman. Applicants must complete the required information and provide the necessary identification, proof of ownership or rental agreement, and applicable utility deposit.

Revert-to-Owner Contract

Property owners may use this contract to request that eligible utility service charges revert to the property owner’s account when a tenant’s account is closed, subject to Town policies and approval.

Request for Extension of Payment

Utility customers experiencing temporary financial difficulties may request additional time to pay their bill. Requests must be submitted by the account holder at least two days before the scheduled cutoff date. Extensions are not guaranteed, and an approved extension does not waive the applicable late fee.

Lock Box Request Form

Use this form to submit a request related to the Town’s lock box service. Please review the form for the applicable requirements and instructions before submitting your request.

Termination of Water and Sewer Services

Customers moving out of a property or otherwise needing to close a utility account should complete the termination form. Please submit the request at least 48 hours in advance and provide the required account information, termination date, and forwarding address.

Public Records

Public Records Request Form

Use this form to request public records maintained by the Town of Stedman. Please provide a clear description of the records you are seeking to help the Town process your request.

Fees may apply to copying or processing requests in accordance with the Town’s current fee schedule.

Parks & Recreation

Park Reservation and Agreement Form

Residents and community members who wish to reserve the picnic shelter at Ernest Freeman Town Park can use this form to request a reservation and review the applicable terms and conditions.
