Departments & Services

The Town of Stedman has multiple departments which are funded from three different sources. 

General Fund is funded by tax collections and covers these departments:  Administration, Police, Fire, Streets, Sanitation

Powell Fund is funded by Powell Bill money allocated from NC Department of Transportation.  The funds received are based on the municipal streets the Town owns.

Water & Sewer Fund is self funded.  Revenue is derived from water and sewer collections.
